40.5 What Qualifies for DMCA

You may submit a DMCA notice if copyrighted content you own is reproduced or used within the Chariot platform without authorization.



40.6 Required Notice Contents

Your DMCA notice must include:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email


  • A description of the copyrighted work


  • The specific location/URL on Chariot where the material exists


  • A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized


  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate


  • Your electronic or physical signature



40.7 Takedown Timeline

Chariot will review all valid DMCA notices within 5 business days and remove or restrict infringing content if warranted.



40.8 Notification to Alleged Infringer

We will notify the content uploader of the takedown and may offer a counter-notification process under 17 U.S.C. §512(g).



40.9 Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts with multiple valid DMCA violations may be suspended or permanently terminated.



40.10 Counter-Notification Requirements

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with the following:

  • Your name, address, and consent to U.S. jurisdiction


  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was wrongfully removed


  • Your signature



40.11 Law Enforcement Requests

All subpoenas, warrants, or legal orders should be submitted to legal@chariotreport.com.



40.12 Service of Process

Service by mail should be directed to our official registered agent address. Digital-only service is not accepted unless previously agreed.



40.13 Emergency Disclosure
