35.1 Voluntary Feedback Submission
Any feedback, suggestion, idea, or bug report you submit to Chariot is considered voluntarily provided and not confidential.
35.2 License to Use Feedback
By submitting feedback, you grant Chariot an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, publish, and commercialize the feedback in any way, without obligation or compensation.
35.3 No Obligation to Implement
Chariot is not obligated to act on any suggestion, request, or submission—even if acknowledged.
35.4 No Attribution Required
We may use your suggestions without providing credit or public acknowledgment, unless agreed in writing.
35.5 Feedback May Be Aggregated
Chariot reserves the right to aggregate feedback across users and platforms to determine product direction.

35.7 Public vs Private Suggestions
If you share feature requests or ideas publicly (e.g., Twitter), they are still treated as non-confidential submissions.
35.8 Feature Requests Not Binding
Requesting a feature does not imply a contract or delivery obligation. Suggestions may be logged and reviewed at Chariot’s sole discretion.
35.9 Feedback Program Participation
Chariot may offer a formal “User Panel” or beta program. Participation is optional and may be governed by a separate NDA or contributor agreement.
35.10 Feature Concept Overlap
Your submitted idea may resemble internal projects or existing roadmap items. This does not grant any ownership, credit, or compensation.
35.11 No IP Ownership Transfer
Submitting ideas to Chariot does not transfer any intellectual property to you. You agree not to assert claims for patent, copyright, or licensing rights based on feedback.
35.12 Not an Employment Relationship
Submitting ideas, designs, or prompts to Chariot does not constitute employment, co-development, or any compensable service.
35.13 Waiver of Future Claims
By submitting feedback, you waive the right to sue Chariot for use of similar or identical features that may appear later in the product.
35.14 Submission Storage
We may retain feedback or submission metadata (user ID, timestamp, feature tag) for internal tracking, but this does not create a user profile or behavioral log.
35.15 Anonymous Feedback Handling
If anonymous feedback is submitted (e.g., no email or login), we reserve the right to disregard or delete it without action.
35.16 Governing Law
Feedback-related issues are governed by the jurisdiction listed in Section 4 of this agreement.
35.17 Arbitration Required
Any disputes related to ownership, implementation, or treatment of suggestions must follow the dispute resolution process defined in Section 5.
35.18 No Automatic Reward System
Chariot does not currently offer bounty, royalty, or incentive programs for user-submitted ideas unless explicitly promoted.
35.19 Promotional Submissions
Do not submit promotional pitches or solicitations disguised as feedback. These will be discarded and may result in account suspension.
35.20 Suggestions May Be Moderated
We reserve the right to ignore, flag, or delete feedback deemed abusive, irrelevant, or spammy.
35.21 Feedback Acknowledgment Doesn’t Equal Accept
We may thank you for feedback, but this does not imply agreement to act or deliver upon it.
35.22 Beta Participation Invites
Active feedback contributors may be invited to test early features or join closed product betas at Chariot’s discretion.
35.23 Contributor Spotlight (Optional)
Chariot may spotlight top contributors or feature testers in a “Community Hall” or similar showcase—but only with consent.
35.24 Feature Voting Boards (Optional)
We may launch voting or upvoting systems for public feature requests. These are for prioritization, not guarantee.
35.25 Feedback May Influence Pricing
Aggregate feedback may guide tier pricing, subscription limits, or value offers. This does not entitle any user to grandfathering or rebate.
35.26 Entire Agreement on Feedback
These terms override any oral or informal agreements made regarding features or implementation.
35.27 External NDA Requirements
If you wish to propose a proprietary feature or business model requiring NDA protection, contact us before submission.
35.28 License is Perpetual
Even if your account is deleted, Chariot retains rights to use your previously submitted feedback.
35.29 Feedback Does Not Modify ToS
User-submitted ideas cannot modify the Terms of Service or contractual obligations of Chariot.
35.30 Clause Survival
All feedback-related rights, disclaimers, and waivers survive account termination.
