10.1 Account Creation Required
To access most features of the Chariot Services, including AI chat, vehicle reports, and purchase history, you must register for an account using a valid email address, Google/Apple OAuth, or other verified login method.
10.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to update it as necessary to maintain its accuracy. Use of aliases, impersonation, or false identity is strictly prohibited.
10.3 Single Account Limitation
Each user may register only one personal account, unless otherwise authorized in writing. Duplicate, bot-controlled, or throwaway accounts may be suspended or terminated without warning.
10.4 Account Ownership
The individual or entity who creates the account is considered the account owner. If an account is created for a business, the creator must have legal authority to bind the business to these Terms.
10.5 Login Credentials Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including device-level authentication (e.g., biometrics). Chariot is not liable for unauthorized access caused by weak or reused passwords.
10.6 Unauthorized Use
You must notify Chariot immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access credentials. Chariot may freeze or audit your account if fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.
10.7 Login Methods & Authentication
Chariot may require multi-factor authentication (MFA), OAuth logins, device verification, or session token validation. Failure to complete such steps may restrict your access to Services.
10.8 Device Access Management
You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account across all devices. If you use a shared or public device, you must log out after each session. Chariot is not responsible for data leakage due to insecure device usage.
10.9 Session Monitoring
Chariot may monitor active sessions, IP locations, and device identifiers to detect anomalies, enforce usage limits, and prevent abuse. We reserve the right to auto-log you out if a session is idle or appears suspicious.
10.10 Business & Admin Accounts
If you are issued an enterprise or organizational account, you agree to comply with your organization’s access policies and acknowledge that your employer may have access to usage logs and administrative controls.
10.11 Suspension for Violations
Chariot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if it is used in violation of these Terms, including shared credential use, bypassing limits, or suspicious upload patterns.
10.12 Login Data Storage
By using Chariot, you agree to allow us to store authentication-related metadata (e.g., last login, IP history, OAuth token issuance) for security and usage monitoring purposes.
10.13 Banned Users
Users previously suspended or banned from the Chariot platform may not create new accounts or re-register without express written permission.
10.14 Account Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@chariotreport.com. Termination may result in deletion of your data, usage history, and purchase access unless otherwise required by law.
10.15 Account Recovery Limits
Chariot is not liable for accounts that cannot be recovered due to lost credentials, expired OAuth links, or failure to verify ownership. We may decline recovery if account activity suggests fraud or data misuse.
10.16 Survival of Terms
All obligations relating to account security, data access, and identity shall survive any termination or deletion of the account.
